Do you only treat women?
All genders welcome to book musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.
HERA physiotherapy does not offer male pelvic health physiotherapy services.
Where are you based?
We are based in Denny (near Falkirk and Stirling).
Is there parking?
There is a large driveway available for parking in front of our clinic in Denny.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and cash as forms of payment.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We are then happy to provide invoices for you to be re-embursed by private health insurers.
We can also send invoices to private health insurers for pre-agreed sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment at short notice. There is no fee for first time offenders however if you repeatedly cancel or reschedule within 48 hours we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment or decline any further bookings.
